The inaugural 2024 Liberians Excellence Achievers & Global Stars Awards was birthed over the first weekend of August 2024 at Barking London in a successful, impactful, glitzy event that had hundreds of attendees from Germany, Liberia, United States of America and other countries from all over the world. The LEAGS Awards which is dedicated to recognizing and honouring outstanding achievements, leadership, and entrepreneurship within the Liberian community and among global leaders truly captured it's objective as multiple recognitions were given out on the night.
Lady Doyeen Ola [The Host of the event] introduced the founder of the awards platform - Francess Massaquoi to the audience ushered in by a 'train' of her team members with booming African musical tunes from the Nigerian legendary DJ ShyShy Shillon & multi award winning DJ Mahama. The 1OTH edition of the Antigua Barbuda Global Music & Media Awards 2024 [dubbed ABUNDANCE 2024] has just announced its official nominees in 3 main super-categories: The Gospel Music Awards, The Media Awards & The Island Groove Awards [which is to honour Local Artists across Antigua / Barbuda]. In total, there are 64 categories [25 for the Gospel Music awards, 21 for the Media Awards & 18 categories for the Island Groove Awards].
