SHOGGZ PR WINS AGAIN: AT THE 2024 GX AWARDS BIRMINGHAM, ENGLAND

This year's GX Awards held at the Birmingham Town Hall [a concert hall and venue for popular assemblies opened in 1834] situated in Victoria Square in Birmingham, the second-largest city in Britain was filled with amazement, glitz and glamour.

The GX Awards hosted its 7th award ceremony with an Xplosion and the awards [a United Kingdom-based platform] that celebrates personalities in the Christian Music, Screen, TV, and Media Industry as well as outstanding members of the community - had 29 award categories [12 Media & 17 Music creatives] which were showcased on the night with breathtaking performances & ministrations on the stage by Joshua Kesler, Nikki Seriki, The COGOP National Choir, Chris da Ambassada, Sarah Teibo, Shekinah Berakah Praise dancer amongst others.

The red and silver themed show which happened to be the 7th edition was hosted by Ibe GiantKiller [Radio Presenter at Premier Gospel] & Annette B [The founder of The GX Awards] was attended by guests and honourees from all over the globe.

Shoggz PR edged out AStep FWD, Keep The Faith Magazine, The Voice, Gospel Hydration, MHM Magazine, Ruthie Christian Media & Reggae Gospel 360 in a packed Publication of the year category, whilst Shoggy Shoggz picked up the Radio Presenter of the year in a category filled with celebrity broadcasters such as Keziah Job [UGN Jamz], Ibe GiantKiller [Premier Gospel], DJ AB, DJ Grantly, DJ Val, DJ Proclaima, Michael Shekinah Miller, Spanna & DJ Jhyde.

Shoggy Shoggz [our Director] was sat at Table 7 with DJ Val, his wife Olive, Remi Bisi Oke [an award winning medical practitioner], Kossi Bruno, Joycelyn Anima Bruno & some other nominees and this very table ended up with 5 awards in total. Shoggy won Radio Presenter of the year and picked up the gong for Media platform of the year - the 3rd straight time in a row. DJ Val & Olive won the Radio station of the year for Soul Food Gospel Radio whilst Kossi Bruno picked up the award for the Best Afrobeat category.

The red and silver themed show which happened to be the 7th edition was was attended by guests and honourees from all over the globe. Patricia Earle of The Women's Federation for World Peace was awarded 'The Prestige Award' in recognition for her unique work in spreading peace and empowering women.
